Nancy Selph is the Chief Operating Officer for Innovation at Deutsche Bank. In this role, she is responsible for the program management, organization, and optimization of Deutsche Bank Labs, the four global centers of innovation located in New York, Silicon Valley, London, and Berlin. Deutsche Bank Labs help the organization apply new technologies to enhance its products, services and processes. The Labs further strengthens the Bank’s ability to innovate, while deepening its relationships with technology start-ups.
Previously, Nancy was Chief Operating Officer for Group CTO at UBS where she was responsible for enterprise architecture process management, risk management, business management, communications and the overall support of the CTOs for each of the businesses. In earlier roles, Nancy held the position of Head of Product Management for Enterprise Platform at Thomson Reuters, Global Manager for Market Data Operations at Credit Suisse and Merrill Lynch, and has held various leadership positions at Teknekron Software Systems, Tibco Financial, Sun Microsystems, Bear Sterns and Quote.com.
