Sesh Murthy is the CTO and co-founder of Cloud Raxak. Cloud Raxak’s SAAS manages the security and compliance of cloud assets with the thoroughness and quality of top outsourcers, while radically cutting the cost, simplifying and speeding up the deployment of security. This enables customers to decrease the residual risk, while cutting cost, and enabling devops.
Sesh was the VP for Cloud Innovation at IBM and was responsible for the IBM Cloud Managed Services product; this enabled customers to move production workloads to the cloud while cutting cost, and improving key SLAs. As VP for GTS Service Products, he helped to improve the profitability of project based services by eliminating troubled projects. He did this by standardizing the solutioning process. Sesh has worked at IBM Research and at the IBM software group.
Sesh has over 20 patents and several award wining papers in the area of Artificial Intelligence, Scheduling and Computer operations.
He holds a Ph. D. from Carnegie Mellon University, an MS from Ohio State University and a B. Tech from IIT Kanpur.
