Shailee Adinolfi is currently Vice President, Account Management and Marketing at BanQu Inc., which creates Economic Identities (patent pending) for people, assets and organizations on the distributed ledger, linking them to the global economy. At FHI 360, Shailee was a Technical Advisor, Digital Financial Services and Project Director for the USAID Mobile Solutions Technical Assistance and Research project (mSTAR), during which she performed business development, developed strategy and managed partnerships for Social and Economic Development Business Unit. She was a board member of Indian Partnership for Cashless Commerce (cashlesscatalyst.org), a $6 million donor funded entity focused on accelerating merchant acceptance of digital payments, to increase financial inclusion. She also led FHI 360’s Malawi Mobile Money Accelerator Program and facilitated Bangladesh Prime Minister’s Office in joining the UNCDF’s Better than Cash Alliance. At Chemonics International, Ms. Adinolfi supported development of mobile money action plans for Afghanistan, Malawi, and Indonesia funded by USAID, assessed purchase order finance (POF) loan product targeting small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Armenia. Ms. Adinolfi held lead roles in business development at Chemonics resulting in $180 million in new programs. At Accenture, she supported the Delivery Operations Information System (DOIS) for the US Postal Service, to manage their carriers and routes nation-wide. She holds a BA in Business Administration and MA in International Affairs from American University.
