Shanmugavel founded FixNix in Nov 2012, and as the CEO, has been setting foresight and focus of the company. Prior to FixNix, he worked as CISO(Chief Information Security Officer) at MartJack where he was responsible in handling information security for the company.

Mastered with extreme bootstrapping skills, he has driven a new wave in the Indian IT GRC space.

Shan brims with confidence and easily transfers this buoyancy to other people, not just at the launch of a new initiative but also for the long haul. A firm follower of ‘Fail, but fail fast’ mantra, he is often seen guidiing fellow entrepreneurs when he is not busy running his company.
