Senior Director – Walmart Services

Mark is a 6 year Walmart associate and currently leads Walmart’s effort’s to engage store shoppers digitally with initiatives such as Walmart Pay and recently announced mobile staging capabilities for financial services transactions and pharmacy pickups.  These capabilities are components of a broader strategy designed to use Walmart’s mobile app to make shopping faster and easier while driving mixed-channel engagement.

His other responsibilities include leadership for the in-house technology that supports Walmart Services financial services products and P&L management for Check Cashing, Prepaid Cards, In store Tax Preparation, ATM’s and several other cash in and out services.

Prior to joining to Walmart, Mark was a Director of Corporate Strategy at TSYS.  He was also employed as the North American EVP for Accretive Technologies and the Director of e-commerce and Emerging Technologies at First Data Corp.

Mark has a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from Bellevue University.  He served as a Rifleman and Marine Security Guard in the United States Marine Corps.

Mark lives in Rogers Arkansas with his wife and three children.
